We want ordering from Dirt-E to be clear and straightforward. Here’s everything you need to know at a glance.


🚚 Delivery

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.

You’ll receive:

  •          An order confirmation email after purchase
  •          dispatch email once your order has been sent

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the product and your location.
Estimated delivery times and costs are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Please note:

  •          Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  •          Delays can occasionally occur due to couriers, weather, or other factors outside our control

Delivery charges

All delivery costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.


🔄 Returns

14-day returns

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return, in line with UK consumer law.

To be eligible:

  •           Items must be unused and in new condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.


Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right.


🚫 Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  •          Sale or clearance items
  •         Gift cards
  •         Custom or special-order products
  •          Items that show signs of use or damage

If you’re unsure, please contact us before purchasing.


🇬🇧 UK & EU consumer rights

Under UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in original condition.
This right does not apply to custom-made or personalised items.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  •          We’ll notify you of the outcome
  •         Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  •         Refunds are processed within 10 business days
    (Banks may take a little longer to show the funds)
